After meeting with 13 different contractors, my husband and I ultimately chose New Vision Contracting, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home. They completely gutted and renovated our basement and expanded and remodeled our kitchen, and from the very beginning, they stood out from everyone else we met. One of the biggest things that drew us to New Vision was how personable and professional they were. We met with several other companies that felt very transactional—measure the space, take some notes, and say they’d get back to us with a price. New Vision was completely different. They took the time to actually listen to what we wanted, understand our vision, and offer thoughtful suggestions right there on the spot. They would explain different options and even say, “If this were my house, this is what I would do and here’s why.” That kind of honest feedback made it immediately clear that they knew what they were doing and genuinely cared about the end result. And importantly, we never felt pressured. Their recommendations were always presented as suggestions based on what they thought would look or function best, but every decision remained ours. We always felt like they were looking out for our best interests rather than simply trying to increase the cost of the project. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and I have to give special recognition to Brian, who is truly a gem. His attention to detail and meticulous approach are second to none. Brian treated our home as if it were his own, and he approached every little detail with the same level of care that I would have if I were doing the work myself. Whether it was the placement and alignment of tile, subway tile, baseboards, trim, or the smallest finishing details, he took the time to make sure everything was done properly. That level of craftsmanship gave my wife and me tremendous peace of mind because we knew our home was in good hands. Something else that I think is important for anyone considering New Vision is that the people you meet during the initial consultation are the same people you see doing the work. The entire crew was also incredibly reliable. They showed up every Monday through Friday, consistently and on time, from the beginning of the project all the way through completion. They actually finished a little ahead of schedule, which was especially impressive considering the amount of work involved. Communication throughout the project was phenomenal—we always knew what was happening and could easily communicate with the team when we had questions. Another thing that really impressed us was the fairness of their pricing. Before choosing New Vision, we did our homework and spoke with 13 different contractors. Their pricing was extremely competitive and reasonable compared with the other quotes we received. We stayed within our budget and, just as importantly, we didn’t feel like we were constantly being hit with unnecessary surprises or pressured into additional work. Honestly, I feel like New Vision Contracting’s current reviews don’t do them justice. After going through this experience firsthand, I genuinely believe they deserve far more recognition for the quality of their work, professionalism, and the way they treat their customers. We’re extremely happy with how our basement and kitchen turned out, and we will absolutely be using New Vision Contracting for future projects. We contracted with New Vision Contracting to overhaul the exterior of our home. They replaced all the windows, added 3 new windows, installed shutters, replaced the front and back main doors and storm doors, replaced the roof and re-did all the siding and exterior electrical work. Keith, Brian and their team went beyond my wife and I's expectations. They were there everyday until the job was completed and in the time frame they gave us. They kept the area free off mess and debris which was perfect, I didn't have to worry about my dogs getting into anything. When they worked inside, Keith was right behind making sure there were no messes left behind. I thought it was going to be a huge stressful project, but they made it worry free. Thank you!

I had a sliding door replaced, and step extended, my screen room roof repaired and some insulation put up in my crawl space. The guys are always professional and friendly. All work was done and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely have them do other Projects at my house. 100% recommend.

Keith and his team did amazing work at our home! They redid our shed, column, and attic stairs — and everything turned out beautifully. Our attic stairs were especially tricky due to being custom-built by a previous owner, but despite the challenges, Keith and his team handled it with care and expertise. We even had a minor issue with a wire in the attic, and they were quick to rectify the situation. Keith was incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process, kept in constant communication, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way.
