New Vision Contracting

We truly cannot say enough good things about New Vision Contracting. They were professional, punctual, neat, and respectful—but that only scratches the surface of who they are and how they operate. Keith, Brian, and their entire team took extreme care of our home as if it were their own. From making sure lights were shut off and doors were locked when we weren’t home at the end of the workday, to meticulously cleaning up each day and keeping dust and disruption to an absolute minimum, their attention to detail was incredible. The advice, care, expertise, and craftsmanship Keith and Brian brought to our renovation were invaluable. We always felt that they genuinely cared about our home, the quality of the finished product, and making sure things were done the right way. After this experience, we simply cannot imagine trusting anyone else with our home renovations or future projects. We would 100% recommend New Vision Contracting without hesitation to anyone looking to renovate or update their home. We are incredibly grateful to Keith, Brian, and their team for everything they’ve done for us!

Great work by the entire team truly the best. Loved working with Keith and Nick, I would definitely recommend them to everyone, beautiful work and great price. They go above and beyond to get the work done

After meeting with 13 different contractors, my husband and I ultimately chose New Vision Contracting, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home. They completely gutted and renovated our basement and expanded and remodeled our kitchen, and from the very beginning, they stood out from everyone else we met. One of the biggest things that drew us to New Vision was how personable and professional they were. We met with several other companies that felt very transactional—measure the space, take some notes, and say they’d get back to us with a price. New Vision was completely different. They took the time to actually listen to what we wanted, understand our vision, and offer thoughtful suggestions right there on the spot. They would explain different options and even say, “If this were my house, this is what I would do and here’s why.” That kind of honest feedback made it immediately clear that they knew what they were doing and genuinely cared about the end result. And importantly, we never felt pressured. Their recommendations were always presented as suggestions based on what they thought would look or function best, but every decision remained ours. We always felt like they were looking out for our best interests rather than simply trying to increase the cost of the project. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and I have to give special recognition to Brian, who is truly a gem. His attention to detail and meticulous approach are second to none. Brian treated our home as if it were his own, and he approached every little detail with the same level of care that I would have if I were doing the work myself. Whether it was the placement and alignment of tile, subway tile, baseboards, trim, or the smallest finishing details, he took the time to make sure everything was done properly. That level of craftsmanship gave my wife and me tremendous peace of mind because we knew our home was in good hands. Something else that I think is important for anyone considering New Vision is that the people you meet during the initial consultation are the same people you see doing the work. The entire crew was also incredibly reliable. They showed up every Monday through Friday, consistently and on time, from the beginning of the project all the way through completion. They actually finished a little ahead of schedule, which was especially impressive considering the amount of work involved. Communication throughout the project was phenomenal—we always knew what was happening and could easily communicate with the team when we had questions. Another thing that really impressed us was the fairness of their pricing. Before choosing New Vision, we did our homework and spoke with 13 different contractors. Their pricing was extremely competitive and reasonable compared with the other quotes we received. We stayed within our budget and, just as importantly, we didn’t feel like we were constantly being hit with unnecessary surprises or pressured into additional work. Honestly, I feel like New Vision Contracting’s current reviews don’t do them justice. After going through this experience firsthand, I genuinely believe they deserve far more recognition for the quality of their work, professionalism, and the way they treat their customers. We’re extremely happy with how our basement and kitchen turned out, and we will absolutely be using New Vision Contracting for future projects. In fact, we already know we’ll be reaching back out to them for future renovations. If you’re considering hiring a contractor, I highly recommend giving New Vision Contracting an opportunity to meet with you. Do your homework, get your quotes, compare your options—but make sure you put these guys on your list. For us, choosing New Vision was absolutely the right decision. Thank you to the entire New Vision Contracting team, and especially Keith and Brian, for treating our home like it was your own. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

That level of craftsmanship gave my wife and me tremendous peace of mind because we knew our home was in good hands. Another thing that really stood out to us was how respectful the entire crew was of our home. Renovating a house—especially while you’re still living in it—can be stressful, and one of our biggest concerns was the mess and disruption that comes with construction. The crew took great care to respect the areas of the house that weren’t being renovated, and they consistently cleaned up after themselves at the end of each workday. They didn’t leave us feeling like we were going to have to spend days doing a massive deep cleaning once the renovation was finished. That may seem like a small thing, but when you’re living through a major renovation, it makes a huge difference. Something else that I think is important for anyone considering New Vision is that the people you meet during the initial consultation are the same people you see doing the work. There wasn’t a situation where someone came out, gave us a great impression and then disappeared once the contract was signed and a completely different crew showed up. The same people who took the time to understand our vision and explain the work were the same people who were there throughout the renovation. That consistency made us feel much more comfortable and confident in the process. The entire crew was also incredibly reliable. Quick fantastic work and great pricing. Showed up until the job was done and cleaned up daily.

New vision was great. They did an excellent job for an excellent price.

Keith and Brian just completed some improvements at our home. This is the second time we have hired them. They are reliable, conscientious and talented contractors who I am happy to recommend. Their painter, Nate, is also wonderful!

They did a great job clean professional would Recommend them to anyone for any job

We contracted with New Vision Contracting to overhaul the exterior of our home. They replaced all the windows, added 3 new windows, installed shutters, replaced the front and back main doors and storm doors, replaced the roof and re-did all the siding and exterior electrical work. Keith, Brian and their team went beyond my wife and I's expectations. They were there everyday until the job was completed and in the time frame they gave us. They kept the area free off mess and debris which was perfect, I didn't have to worry about my dogs getting into anything. When they worked inside, Keith was right behind making sure there were no messes left behind. I thought it was going to be a huge stressful project, but they made it worry free. Thank you!

I had a sliding door replaced, and step extended, my screen room roof repaired and some insulation put up in my crawl space. The guys are always professional and friendly. All work was done and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely have them do other Projects at my house. 100% recommend.

I have dealt with new vision contracting on multiple occasions. Over the past couple years they have done my bathroom, my kitchen, and siding on my home. They are professional, personable, and reliable. The owner is always on site for any questions. I highly recommend them for any home improvement project big or small!

I love these guys

Recently used this company to do some work around our house and Keith and his team were truly exceptional. We had met with different contractors prior, but got the best vibes from them. Keith was super personable and always a text or phone call away if we had questions or concerns. He always made himself available and it was much appreciated. We will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

Keith and his team did amazing work at our home! They redid our shed, column, and attic stairs — and everything turned out beautifully. Our attic stairs were especially tricky due to being custom-built by a previous owner, but despite the challenges, Keith and his team handled it with care and expertise. We even had a minor issue with a wire in the attic, and they were quick to rectify the situation. Keith was incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process, kept in constant communication, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. His workmanship and professionalism truly stood out. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with New Vision Contracting. Their team was professional, responsive, and delivered high-quality work on time and within budget. They paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled contracting team. 10:10

Artistic and professional. Punctual and dependable. Beautiful work on several of our family’s homes & always a reliable company to have for your home renovations. 10/10

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the work New Vision did on our basement renovation! From start to finish, their dedication and craftsmanship were truly unmatched. They came up with great ideas to make the most of our small space, turning it into something both beautiful and functional. Every repair was done to code, and they took the time to remove all rotten wood, making sure our home would be structurally sound. They were on site every single day without fail unless we received notice and a valid reason, which speaks volumes about their reliability and professionalism. The final result far exceeded our expectations. We are absolutely overjoyed with our new space and can confidently say we won’t let anyone touch our house except New Vision. Highly, highly recommend!
